Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the UC intended learning outcomes

The selected teaching methodology is mainly based on participative methods. In the theorical classes, the expositive method is also adopted.
The continuous assessment consists of an individual written test and an individual test on practical application using the appropriate informatic tools for Human Resource Management.
