Teaching Procedures

For theoretical foundations, is used a lecture method with analogies to the several concepts, encouraging reflection and critical thinking. Then, the participatory methodology as regards the discussion of the examples presented to promote the student autonomy.
For the practical component, the methodology will focus on a sustained active participation in the analysis and resolution of problems. This active method aims to promote:
• An individual learning by exploration of issues relevant to the area of Information Systems / Information Technology and Communication.
• A learning through research underlying the realization of a research in a particular field.
The continuous assessment consists of an individual project conducted in organizational context which it is assessed in two stages:
• Preparation of a Pre-Design and, Preparation, Presentation and Discussion of Final Draft.
