Master the technical and methodological aspects of sports training and scientific.
Knowing the strategies used in the planning, organization, conduct and control of the training process, leading to optimization.
Reveal intervention skills in the various areas that feature sports training.

Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the UC intended learning outcomes

The Sports Training Methodology Course is designed to transmit a set of knowledge to the training necessary to solving tasks related to the intervention in the Sports Training.
This knowledge developed in various areas, with the student to master and to intervene safely in the field of functional adaptations of the effort systems; in organizing, planning and conducting the training process; in physiological and methodological principles guiding and conditioning the development of various physical abilities.

Teaching methodologies

Work will focus on the active participation of students, through individual or group work, from information provided by the teacher or with the use of other materials. It is given emphasis to monitoring by the ground test students applied in the laboratory aimed at practical understanding of physiological adaptations to exercise in individuals.
Process: Exhibition themes by the teacher; oriented discussion topics in plenary and / or small groups; conducting practical or applied studies; preparation of written work; presentation and discussion of group work.

Demonstration of the teaching methodologies coherence with the curricular unit's intended learning outcomes

Master the terminology used in the Sports Training.
At the end of the school year it is expected that the student knows the various trends of the general theory of sports training.
Master the concepts of the adjustments to the functional effort systems.
Meet the training fundamentals knowing analyze and discern the training factors, the training load components and the means used in its application.
Master the issues relating to the systematic perception and methodical preparation of various forms of training leading to proper development of physical qualities.
Manifest a systematic approach to the field of knowledge based on existing material.

Participation - 10%.

Organization of Seminar - 20%.

Research - 20%.

Test 1 - 25%.

Test 2 - 25%.

Attendance system

It is expected that each student is present in 75% (50% for students with special statutes) classes and participate in the proposed activities, running scheduled jobs.
