| Mission: |
The main objectives of this sector, created in October 2005, are to:
A) promote good dissemination of information, both internally and externally, optimising the tools and means of communication at their disposal;
B) listen, record and disseminate the views of the various elements of ESE, their interests, attitudes and expectations; establish and maintain good bilateral communication, in particular with the media;
C) prevent conflicts and misunderstandings in order to improve public acceptance of the practices and policies of the institution;
D) promote products and services to potential stakeholders;
E) project a strong and coherent institutional identity at a local and national level;
F) create a positive image of the institution, by promoting the understanding and knowledge of ESE; assess the effectiveness of SIRE’s intervention and organization of information;
G) support the teachers responsible for internships;
H) to continue the policy of development and support for Erasmus and Mobility; implement a policy to support the students’ careers; create a link between students and organizations in the labour market and to strengthen the relationships with them;
I) support the organization of cultural events and activities. |
| Description: |
It’s structured into four priority areas:
i) communication and management of content;
ii) Erasmus;
iii) internships and career;
iv) events.
Through SIRE we expect to:
1. Facilitate the organization, retrieval and search for information;
2. Facilitate research and the dissemination of information to a wide public, in particular the mass media;
3. Open a channel of communication with various agencies and organizations;
4. Facilitate communication in general;
5. Increase the number of possible of stakeholders, in an organized and systematic manner;
6. Standardize and improve the presentation of information;
7. Support the work of SIRE, in an organized and systematic manner;
8. Produce materials to support management decisions; help the staff, formal and informal groups within the institution. |
