Objectives, competences and learning Outcomes
This course is a theoretical and theoretical-practical and seeks to contribute to the development of scientific research skills in the field of health. Intends to consolidate theoretical and methodological knowledge and methodological skills that enable planning and developing research-oriented evaluation, characterization and interpretation of vocal health needs, as well as for intervention in specific populations.

Teaching and Learning Strategies
The teaching methods of this course are based on three main axes: the lecture method, discussion in large group and small group work.

Assessment
The evaluation of the course is done through two activities theoretical-practical: 1) A working group, which involves the critical analysis of a scientific paper released by the faculty, for the parameters and investigation procedures adopted by the authors. This component has a weight of 30% of the final grade of students, 2) A working group involving the design of a research project in the thematic area of the voice. This component has a weight of 70% of the final grade of students.
