SyllabusCharacteristics of the therapeutic relationship Theoretical and technical perspectives of the therapeutic relationship The aid relationship in nursing as "vehicle of care” and “care itself" The counseling process in helping to change Unconscious phenomena that operate in the aid relationship in nursing The clinical interview The Co-construction of a helping relationship in nursing Clinical supervision in nursing helping relation Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the UC intended learning outcomesThe CU intends to deepen the student's understanding of therapeutic communication, helping relationship and counselling in nursing. It also intends to develop specialized mental health nursing competences in helping a person, a group or a family with mental health changes. Its syllabus deepen the understanding of the characteristics of therapeutic relationships and helping relationship in nursing. The clinical interview is studied and trained, as well as the co-construction of a helping relationship in nursing: its beginning (the request) to its end (the terminus). Given the importance of unconscious phenomena that operate in the helping relationship, clinical supervision in nursing aid is valued. Training of helping interview in simulated environment, with role play techniques and mirroring Assessment: Portfolio (50%) + Practical assessment of interview (50%) Demonstration of the teaching methodologies coherence with the curricular unit's intended learning outcomesThe CU establishes learning outcomes as cognitive knowledge and clinical skills of expert help in mental health nursing.
