Syllabus
1. Ethics - basics. Relationship with Morale in Axiology, Deontology and Law.
2. Virtues and Values; reasoning of the hierarchy of values.
3. The Person - Dignity of the person. Otherness and relationship with the Other.
4. Dignity and human rights.
5. Ethics of life: understanding the human body, life, suffering.
6. The Acting - Process of decision making. Freedom, responsibility and duty. Relation to citizenship
7. Theoretical perspectives of ethics.
8. Ethics and philosophical relationship to applied ethics.
Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the UC intended learning outcomes
Lectures, discussion.

1. Synthesis in group work on a Theory Ethics (Listing in Appendix to UC Orientation Guide). Maximum of 10 pages each. Presentation - 10 '. 25%
2. Individual essay, centered on the description and analysis of the concept of ethics, principle, virtue or value - free choice by the student. 75%
Maximum of 20 pages of text. Delivery scheduled until the day January 4, 2013
(every 24 hours of delay penalty of 0.5 points).
The final grade must be higher than 9.5 for the realization of the course.
