Competencies: Indicators
Responsibility , Ethics and Deontology : The student is able to accept responsibility and account for their actions and judgments, recognizes the limits of their role and competence ; uses formal and informal consultation mechanisms ; knows the Code of Ethics , becomes involved effectively in making ethical decision ; recognize their beliefs and values and how these may influence the delivery of care .
Key principles of delivering and managing care : The student is able to use the knowledge and techniques adequately to explain its decision and action , incorporating research findings and apply critical thinking and problem solving techniques . Properly use the basic tools in nursing , effectively organizes its work and acts as a resource for customers .
Health Promotion : The student is able to face the individual, family and community in a holistic perspective that takes into account the multiple determinants of health and to provide relevant information to help to achieve optimal levels of health and rehabilitation . Recognizes the potential of health education on nursing interventions and acts to empower the individual, family and community to adopt healthy lifestyles .
