Understand the requirements of quality management systems, environment, safety and social responsibility
- Diagnose, plan and implement an integrated management system, including its internal audit program, and a management model for proper case to activities.

Syllabus

1 - Integrated Management System: Requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001
2 - Planning and implementation of the integrated system: Planning and implementation, audits and diagnostics.
3 - Process management: concepts, classification and process models. Forms of management and monitoring.
4 - Internal audits: Techniques and methods, preparation, realization and documentation.
5 - self-assessment models and organizational excellence: Model ISO 9004, CAF and EFQM. Criteria and evaluation methodologies.
