To understand the role and the human resource function;
(To understand HRM as a organizational subsystem;
To know the processes, methodologies, techniques applied in HRM;
To Know building evaluation outcomes of the HRM;
To see and understand the development of the HRM perspective;
To work as member of a group;
To write academic reports;
To give oral presentations.

Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the UC intended learning outcomes
Lectures supported by previously.issued Power Point notes are used to present theoretical concepts. In order to complement the theory, a specially created set of practical cases support the UC that are solved in class. The groups received tutorial support to complete their work.
Continuous assessment includes a group work and one written individual test. Final assessment consists of a written individual exam.
Teaching methodologies
The teaching / learning methodologies will be applied depending on the type of classes: theoretical or practical. Also depending on the type of goal: group work or test preparation.
• Theoretical classes - Expository / Interrogative Methodology, using participatory methodology whenever possible;
• Practical Lessons - Participatory Methodology through the study, analysis and resolution of Case Studies;
• Group Work - Tutorial Orientation of the groups in the Practical Classes and the Teaching Hours;
• Test preparation - Guidance on the preparation of a Formative Test in Theoretica
Assessment methodologies and evidences
The assessment of the normal season consists of:
• An individual test of the entire program anda a work group
IT 50%*WG 50%.
• Final Exam (E)
Final Grade = 100% E
If the exam grade is lower than 10, there will be no approval.
Season of Appeal | 2nd season (intended for students who did not perform or did not succeed in the normal season or continuous assessment)
The evaluation system is the same as in the normal season final evaluation, and E is the exam grade of the appeal season.
However, for students from continuous assessment, the Group Work grade may be carried over to the appeal season and averaged with the test grade if it is equal to or higher than 10.
Special Season:
The evaluation system is the same as in the Appeal Season, with E being the Special Season exam grade.
