Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the UC intended learning outcomes
The syllabus contents were selected and defined according to the set of objectives and technical and scientific skills that the curricular unit intends to develop, within the scope of Organizational Communication, more specifically Internal Communication, taking into account its various vectors of analysis and intervention. The aforementioned contents serve as a basis for the development of skills that allow students to be able to identify, gather and analyze relevant information that allows them to contribute to making the diagnosis and intervention on the existing reality in terms of internal communication.

Teaching methodologies
The exploration of key concepts and theoretical models is done through expository and interrogative methodology. In practical classes, priority is given to active methodologies and pedagogical exercises with a view to developing skills provided for in the learning objectives.
Demonstration of the teaching methodologies coherence with the curricular unit's intended learning outcomes
The teaching methodologies are consistent with the objectives of the curricular unit as they were selected to ensure this adjustment. Indeed, the use of expository, inductive and interrogative methods aimed at the individual and collective commitment of students aims to respond to these objectives. The theoretical component and the analysis and development of multiple exercises, related to the themes under analysis, as well as the preparation of an applied project work, aim to develop the desired skills in students.

Continuous evaluation
Final Grade = 0.45 (individual written assessment) + 0.35 (group work) + 0.20 (class participation)
Final evaluation:
Normal Season
(Intended for students who have not opted for continuous assessment)
The evaluation of the normal season consists of an individual written test (100%).
Appeal Season
(Intended for students who did not complete or did not pass the normal period or continuous assessment)
The evaluation of the appeal period consists of an individual written test (100%).
Special Season:
The evaluation of the special season consists of an individual written test (100%)%).
Attendance system
Students are not obliged attend to classes, and 20% of their grade is constituted by participation in the exercises proposed in practical classes.
