G. EVALUATION SYSTEM

Continuous evaluation
The assessment of knowledge consists of:
Solving an individual written test (T). This assessment instrument has the weight of 70% and aims to verify the acquisition and articulation of knowledge;
Preparation and discussion of a group work report (TG), according to the available guide.
This instrument has the weight of 30% and aims to develop relational skills, the ability to collect, select, analyze and communicate information and the application of knowledge.
School of Business Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal

For students who are beneficiaries of the student worker regime, an equivalent effort mode may be agreed with the teacher.

Final Score = 0.7 T + 0.3 TG
Both evaluation instruments have a minimum score of 9.5.
If the minimum grade of 9.5 values is not reached, or if the final grade, rounded to the units, is less than 10 values, the student will have to make a final evaluation.

Final evaluation
There are three epochs of final evaluation:

Normal Season | 1st period (for students who did not opt for continuous evaluation) The evaluation of the normal time is constituted by:
• Final Exam (E)
If the exam grade is less than 10, there will be no approval.

Time of Resource | 2nd season (it is intended for students who did not or did not obtain use in the normal time or in the continuous evaluation)
The evaluation system is the same as in the final evaluation of the Normal Season, where E is the examination grade of the resource period.
