Intended learning outcomes (Knowledges, skills and competencies to be developed by the students)

The unit of Seminars I want to promote the deepening of a set of management topics, with the main emphasis on new areas of study, which represent real challenges for organizations and contemporary economies.
The seminar will be a forum for presentation and discussion with the participation of invited experts in the topics covered in each session. It is intended, therefore, contribute to the enhancement of knowledge and skills needed to develop the capacity for reflection and involvement of students.

To obtain approval for the course "Seminars I" is necessary to conduct an individual job integrating the three themes (maximum 10 pages).
Job evaluation will focus on:
• Ability descriptive topics covered in each session;
• Ability to research the topics covered in each session,
• Ability to illustrate the topics covered in each session through cases / examples;
• Creativity and originality of content and media;
• Work organization and writing style.
