This action research project was born from the 1st initiative of its kind entitled 'Dolceta' (Development of Online Consumer Education Tools for Adults), which lasted 2005-2011, giving rise to 'Dolceta 2.0' in 2011 and later replaced in 2012 by 'Consumer Classroom'.
The management has been awarded to consortia who win the calls launched by Chafea - The Consumers, Health, Agriculture and Food Executive Agency (http://ec.europa.eu/chafea/index.html): first to Adetef - France (http://www.adetef.fr/eng/References-projects-recruitment/Contracts-underway/Consumer-Classroom-Consumer-education-website) and currently Expertise France (http://www.expertisefrance.fr/eng/News/2nd-framework-agreement-won-for-Consumer-Classroom).
