The Accounting Service has the main duty of register the accounting procedures of all SetúbalCT services and respective units. Besides, it also has other obligations, such as: to inform about incomes and financial applications procedures; to create guides and lists relating to amounts and discounts or repositions, to taxes and revenues, to IVA and to any other amounts that may belong and owned to it; to inform about the staff and material procedures to what concerns legality and money relevancy; and to prepare the ESTSetúbal budget project, under the management of the Administrative Board. |
